Highlands Halloween Parade

Please join us on Sunday, October 22nd at the Delaware Art Museum for the 5th Annual Highlands Halloween Parade. Bring your children, grandchildren, or just yourself to meet your Highlands Neighbors. This event is for Highlands Neighbors.
WHEN: Sunday, October 22nd at 2 PM
WHERE: Meet at the BACK patio of the Delaware Art Museum
HOW: As neighbors, let’s congregate at 2 PM. The route and candy distributors will be ready for the parade which will begin promptly at 2:15 PM.
- The parade route will begin at the back patio of the Delaware Art Museum. Look for the designated signs to line up.
- Candy will be distributed after the parade; there will be age appropriate treats at designated tables.
- Don’t forget to bring a basket or bag for candy!
Pre-registration is required. Please register here no later than October 18th.
This is a locally organized Highlands Neighborhood event. Donations and volunteers are critical to the success of the event. Contact if interested in helping!
