CLASSICS I — MADE IN AMERICA (SUSSEX COUNTY)

The DSO celebrates its return to Sussex County performances, with this matinee concert at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes.
The performance features the World Premiere of guest composer Jennifer Higdon’s Cold Mountain Suite, based on her award-winning and Grammy®-nominated opera.
Additional works on the program include Ives/Schuman – “Variations on America” and Dvořák – Symphony No. 9 “from the New World”.
